No, we work with both licensed mortgage brokers and unlicensed referral partners such as real estate agents, advisors, or consultants. You simply need to introduce the client and their deal — we’ll take care of the rest.
We accept referrals for all types of commercial and multifamily real estate projects, including acquisitions, refinancing, construction, bridge financing, and land development. The minimum deal size is typically $1M, but we review smaller deals case by case.
Referral fees range from 50 to 100 basis points (0.50%–1.00%) depending on deal type and size. You are paid within 7–10 business days of funding. We’ll confirm your fee in writing before proceeding.
